What we build

An agent with written limits, a full record and its own scorecard.

• A written rulebook with tiers. Each kind of action has a tier. Some actions the agent may take alone. Some need a person to say yes first. Some it may never take.
• Every action logged. Each action is written down with the evidence the agent used, the rule that allowed it, and an undo.
• Accuracy measured and shown. The agent grades itself against the right answers, per check, per day. You see the score on a page, with the weakest check named.
• A person for the rest. When the rules do not allow an action, the agent asks a person and attaches the evidence.

You can read the rulebook. You can change a tier. The agent follows the new rule from then on.

Our delivery order operator works this way. It finds orders stuck between delivery apps and kitchens, fixes what its rulebook allows, and asks a person for the rest. The demo runs on synthetic data. That means we made up the orders to look like real ones. They do not come from a real business.

What we need from you

• The job you want the agent to do, and the person who does it today.
• Read access to the systems it works in.
• The limits you want in the rulebook. If they are not written down, we write them with you on the first day.
• One person who can say yes.

How you know it works

On the first day we write 3 to 5 tests with you. For example: an action above its tier waits for a person. Every action the agent took can be undone from the log. The agent is done when it passes your tests on your real systems.
