Free duplicate-invoice check
Drop your purchase ledger export. Your browser runs four checks and shows the suspected duplicates and what they add up to. Nothing from the file leaves your computer.
- Export the purchase ledger. A CSV or Excel file with a supplier, an invoice number, a date and an amount per row. Any accounting system's invoice list or bills report does. The last 12 months catches the most.
- Drop it here. The file is read by your browser and nowhere else. Columns are picked up by their headers; you can correct them.
- Read the hold list. Every suspected row shows the row it matches and the reason, so a person can decide.

A Proof, from 1,500 euro, 5 working days: our engineers confirm each one on your full ledger, find why it slipped through, and set a hold rule so it stops. You pay the second half when it passes the tests you wrote with us.

No suspected duplicates in this export under these settings. Widen the days apart, or check that the columns are right. A ledger with no false alarms at all usually means the check is too loose.

The full hold list as a file
Every suspected row next to the row it matches, with the reason, as a CSV you can open in Excel. Leave a work email and the file builds itself in your browser; the rows still never leave your computer. We keep the email next to the counts above, nothing more.
The four checks it runs
- Same supplier, same invoice number. Spaces, dashes, case and leading zeros are ignored, so DG 10482 and DG-10482 count as one number.
- Same supplier, same amount, within the days you set, a different number. The classic resend. Monthly fees for a different month show up here too, which is why a person decides.
- Same number and amount, supplier spelled differently. One supplier entered twice in the ledger.
- A credit note already cancelled it. Same supplier, same amount, negative. Paying the original pays for the same goods twice.
What it does not do
- It sees one export at a time. Duplicates of invoices from before the export's first row cannot be found.
- It reads a table, not PDFs. Reading the invoices themselves, and checking them against the agreement, is the PDF write-up.
- It holds rows for a person. It never decides, and it writes nothing anywhere.
- The Proof does the rest: the amounts already paid twice, the rule that lets them through, and a hold list from your own ledger every week. The sample day-5 output shows what that looks like, and the write-up says how it is built.
Your data
The check runs in your browser. No row is uploaded, and the page works with the network switched off once it has loaded. We count that a check ran and how many rows and pairs it found, nothing else. If you ask for the file, we keep your email next to those counts. More on Data and terms.
