Data and terms
Who sees your data, our sub-processors, how we read each system, where the tool runs and who can run it without us, the agreement, the law and the currency you pay in.
EU hosting covers the server. It does not cover who reads an export of your supplier bank details. This page answers that, in plain words.
Your data: you choose on day 1
On day 1 you choose how we work with your data.
- Scrubbed export. Our engineers write the masking script. It masks names, bank details and personal fields before anything leaves your systems. Your IT or your MSP runs it, or we run it with you on a call, so nothing unmasked leaves your systems. The Proof runs on the masked export.
- Inside your environment. The tool runs in your cloud account or on your server. We see logs, test results and masked samples, never the raw rows.
Either way, nobody on our side reads your raw rows.

Hosting when you have no cloud team
After the Proof, the tool runs in your cloud account or on your server, and you hold the keys. When you have no cloud team, Care includes hosting on a server we run for you in the EU or UK region, with monitoring, fixes, small changes and a monthly accuracy report.
If we are not there
Nothing we build for you lives only in our heads. From day 5 you hold the code, the tests, the runbook and the keys to where it runs. The runbook, the tests and the code let your team, or anyone else, run it without us. With Care hosting, you still own the code and can take it in-house any time, and we hand over the server and the data when you do.
The data processing agreement
A data processing agreement is signed with every Proof. You get its full text, together with a mutual NDA, before you describe your systems. In short:
- Roles. You are the controller. We are the processor.
- Purpose. We use your data only for the workflow we agreed in writing.
- Sub-processors today: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, EU) for hosting; Anthropic and Google for models, which see only the fields a step needs; or a model inside your environment, with no model sub-processor at all.
- Deletion. At the end of the Proof we delete your data, unless you keep the tool.
- Transfers. Where personal data crosses a border, the agreement uses the standard contractual clauses, or the UK addendum for data from the UK. The scrubbed export is there so that personal data does not cross a border at all.
This is a summary. The signed text is the one that counts.
Who you deal with
- Business details. stackforagents, based in Dubai. Our email address, under Contact at the foot of this page, reaches the delivery team that works with you from day 1 to day 5.
- The law. Contracts are under English law or Dutch law, your choice. The agreement names the governing law and the venue for any dispute.
- Prices and invoices. Prices on this site are in euro, excluding VAT. Your quote and your invoices come in euro, pounds or dollars, with the rate fixed in your day 1 quote.
